SEE NAPLES AND THEN... - Private tour

INFO

"See Naples and then die!" A few words from an ancient popular saying, also quoted by Goethe (Italian Journey, 1787), to say that only after having visited the capital of Southern Italy one could even die in peace, because one could see its incomparable beauty. This tour winds through the monumental area of Naples and allows us to grasp the liveliness of via Toledo, the street of the struscio (promenade), with its shops and its ancient noble palaces, the grandeur of piazza del Plebiscito and the Galleria Umberto I, the grandeur of the Angevin Castle and the panoramic view of the gulf dominated by Vesuvius. But Naples is also beautiful for its contrasts and for this we will take a walk in the Spanish Quarters, a dense network of cheerful popular streets where once the soldiers of the King of Spain stayed.

  1. Daniela
